Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. All RelievCore orders are backed by a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer support team within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund to your original payment method.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. If your item arrived damaged or defective, these conditions do not apply.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@relievcore.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account after returns have been processed and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@relievcore.com with a photo and description of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
